Job Description 

As seen above the associate programmer responsibilities vary depending on the kind of environment they are working in. Let us understand in detail the key responsibilities that need to be handled by an associate computer programmer:

• To write and develop a program code as per the specifications
• To do the coding, troubleshooting and testing for the program designed by using appropriate hardware and programming technology
• To evaluate, study and research whether any unwanted changes have occurred
• If there are any issues try to eliminate those errors
• To modify the program as per the recommendations and design flow charts by making the necessary coding changes
• He should constantly keep in touch with the users to gain knowledge about the existing programs and try to understand the changes that may be needed

He also needs to perform some additional duties which are as under:

• To maintain all the documents related to programming
• To analyze the compatibility with the company or client requirements
• To maintain complete confidentiality about the information that is being provided
• To document the problems that occurred and the subsequent solutions that have been provided
• To provide training to the newly recruited staff members
• To increase the efficiency of the operating programs by implementing new ideas to keep abreast with the latest technology

Eligibility Criteria 

Qualifications :

• BE/B.Tech in CSE,IT
• 2021 Passed outs only
• Scores: 10th> 70%, 12th> 70% , UG CGPA > 7.0

Key Skills : 

• Strong analytical skills & problem solving
• Very good programming skills
• Good understanding of Data Structure & Algorithms
• Interests in computer technologies
• Interest in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python etc
• Interest in Cloud computing, Mobile Apps, Data analytics
