Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
i. Receipt of materials Against invoices adhering to the checklist of materials and unloading of such deliveries safely in the correct areas.
ii. Maintain proper records of Inventory Inward and outward & Assets of the company, at project site.
iii. Issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes and take signatures on outward notes.
iv. Reporting to the project manager on the daily to do list and its progress.
v. Acting as the main technical adviser on a site for subcontractors and Purchase Team for material deliveries.
vi. To seek for information from the project manager, well in advance, to avoid the operational idleness on the project site.
vii. Maintaining work environment: By following and enforcing standard procedures and regulations, should keep the work environment secure, safe and healthy.
viii. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
