Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager, to support our high-growth business of Waahjobs, a Job board/Job Portal of OLX Grp. In this role, you will be responsible for Sales and Business development & achieving sales targets by selling various solutions and packages. You are responsible for monitoring and chasing your sales target, enhancing sales over M-on-M and Y-on-Y, and achieving the desired business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Sachieve ales Targets - The candidate's prime responsibility is to achieve sales targets and achieve sales incentives by following the sales process.

ii. Lead Generation- Visiting the corporate parks and business offices with a mission to map and educate the HR POCs/ Decision-makers about Waahjobs. Hold the Waahjobs banner high by confidently presenting recruitment solutions to Talent Acquisition professionals in Corporates, SMEs, and Startups.

iii. Sales and Business Development - Include face-to-face meetings, telephonic interactions, and emails for pitching, probing to understand clients needs/requirements, selling recruitment solutions to meet clients needs/requirements and improve clients experience, negotiation, closing sales, billing/ invoicing, payment collection, and after-sales service.

iv. Client Relationship Management / Account Management - Complete client relationship management to ensure happy and satisfied clients, ensure renewals, cross-sell and upsell and ensure client referrals to generate more sales.

v. Data Management and Account Mapping- Maintain daily collected data in sales DSR and update client data, sales funnel progress and successes in reports and CRM.

vi. Be a Team Player - Candidate must be a team player to ensure the teams common goal and objective gets all his priorities.

What skills and experience will be preferred?

Lead generation and successful lead conversion within defined timelines.
Keen to work and learn recruitment industry practices and challenges.
Preferred industries HR solutions sales, Service sales, Concept sales, Solution sales from New Organizations/Start-up background.
Fluency in spoken and written English and local language.
Must know the geographical area of the particular job location.
Punctual and Diligent, Smart and presentable.
