Job Description :

 Role: Trainee/Engineer

 Industry: Hardware & Networking

 Functional Area: ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations

 Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

 Job Location: Chennai Shifting timing: 9 AM to 5 pm

Education & Experience :

• Diploma or Degree holder required 
• Experienced in call center environment (Preferred)

Minimum Requirement : 

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality/soft skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in a supported language(s)
• Familiarity and experience with computer operation, with emphasis on the Mac OS and Windows environment
• Ability to multitask in multiple applications
• Ability to perform professionally in a high-stress environment
• Ability to be self-motivated and work under minimal supervision
• Be detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and a team player
• Able to accept constructive feedback (coachable)
• A continuous improvement focused on professional development
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
